Location of service:

"Mobile/On-Site" (home/office) service. Screening and COVID-19 protocols will be practiced with all curbside and indoor mobile calls. COVID19.ca.gov website.

"Remote/Off-Site" technical support services, via phone, screen sharing, or video session. I use Facetime and Skype secure video sessions, as well as other encrypted secure HIPAA compliant Screen Sharing methods to administer your computer or device.
